Joseph (Doris) Najem - Free Evangelical Association of Lebanon

“We re-opened the church in Lattakia. Our new Church in Sin El Fil, Beirut is thriving. It is packed with new believers from different backgrounds but mostly Muslim Syrian converts.”

“The new BTS Seminary Building in Amman, Jordan is now finished. In 2025 BTS celebrated a graduation of 12 students.”

“Few of the Syrian refugees have decided to return to their homeland. They are still not confident about the new regime. They prefer to wait and see how things will develop. The fall of the regime will have a major impact on the region as a whole and mainly on Lebanon. A new geo-politic map for the region is being drawn.”

The Great Commission Foundation

Merle Hogman – Tarija, Bolivia

Merle is ministering to wives and families of alcoholics. She has prepared “More than Conquerors” - 9 videos of about 20 to 30 minutes each along with Gonzalo and Maritza Vega and their daughter Daniela, who are native and have come through the long road to recovery. Maritza, having a long career in education has developed this material for alcoholism, codependency and steps to recovery. As natives, the people can relate to them.

Merle also looks forward to open the Coffee House ministry – El Candelero, a drop in place to share struggles and receive prayer.

Please pray for finances to finish the renovation of El Candelero and the upstairs suite.

Also pray against forces that would keep the videos from being shared with the people of Tarija and Sucre, Bolivia.

Dany Saab

“Many people are leaving Lebanon and we are busy helping those who are struggling. We still want to teach new believers to love ministry and outreach. We also want to train leaders for the future. However, with some dangerous groups returning to our area, it is difficult for people to understand God’s mission and concentrate on it. Every day we have random shooting even on houses and cars.”

“In spite of this, a young woman, who attended University and who is an influential person, takes notes from sermons, studies at home, and shares what she learns with others. She is preparing for baptism. Praise God!”

Pray that leadership in these countries continues to have impact, speading the Gospel for the Kingdom of God. Pray for the safety of the Lebanese people and especially their children going to and from school.

Pray for those who have placed their faith in Jesus, that they continue to be discipled and mature in Christ. Pray that they will continue to serve Jesus with boldness.
